A STITCH IN TIME
Working Towards a Brighter Future
A Stitch in Time was founded to advocate for and support individuals with ASD. Our work at our Non-Profit Organization (ASIT) aims to provide a holistic approach to helping those with ASD overcome some of our society’s biggest challenges. We ensure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities. At A Stitch in Time, we’re raising funds and promoting solutions to serve the ASD community who need help finding reliable resources to help them with everyday life. We believe in taking action to raise awareness of ASD to help give a better understanding of ASD and related conditions.
Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a measurable difference in the lives of others.

ABOUT
Our Roots
A Stitch in Time knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by but, most notably, through the actions of our support. In 2010, our Non-Profit Organization realized that working together could more efficiently overcome our challenges. That is why we ultimately decided to launch A Stitch in Time. In 2021, my son Kreed was diagnosed with ASD, and my desire to help him became my first priority. I was scared and overwhelmed, not knowing how to feel about the diagnosis. His psychologist was informative about therapy that could help Kreed navigate life soon after we started speech therapy, feeding therapy, and Occupational Therapy (OT). The team he has is fantastic, patient, and open. The difference I have seen in Kreed in just 6-9 months has given me hope that one day he can advocate for himself and function happily in today's society.
Making A Difference
Our goals are to give information to those wanting to learn more about ASD. We strive to make a difference in how society sees those who are Neurodivergent.
Through SUPPORT, we can provide ADVOCACY that helps with UNDERSTANDING, to give INCLUSION that will give EMPOWERMENT that makes them feel LOVE and VALUE.
Through donations, we will provide therapy clinics with sensory toys. Playtime has been proven to help our children learn fundamentals that help them learn essential life application skills. We will also use the funding to create an app accessible to education facilities. Being that is the first introduction to society. We want to give people a safe space to learn about the NEURODIVERGENT community. We will be providing AAC devices to families that will benefit from them - this device benefits families because it helps with teaching communication skills.
